I will admit, I have had some hit or miss experiences with smaller online stores. SoCal is amazing. The product took a little longer to come than expected but that was no fault of SoCal, there was some mistakes in manufacturing that they worked quick to fix and they expedited the shipping as well to ensure it got to me in time! The hat I ordered was even better in person! Absolutely loved it and will shop again!
